1. Our Service Model & Limitation of Liability AusArborist Group operates as a digital marketing, lead generation, and connection service. We connect website users seeking tree care services with independent, local, third-party arborists and tree service contractors (“Contractors”).
AusArborist Group does not perform tree removal, arboriculture, or landscaping services directly. We do not employ the arborists who respond to your requests.
2. Contractor Responsibility Any agreement, quote, or contract for tree services is strictly between you (the customer) and the independent Contractor. The Contractor is solely responsible for:

Providing accurate quotes and fulfilling the services.

Maintaining appropriate AQF certifications, licenses, and local council compliance.

Maintaining adequate public liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

Any damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from the work performed on your property.
AusArborist Group accepts no liability or responsibility for any disputes, damages, property damage, or incomplete work resulting from your engagement with a Contractor introduced through our platform.
3. Council Regulations Information provided on this website regarding local council regulations (such as the Brisbane Natural Assets Local Law) is for general guidance only. It is the responsibility of the property owner and the engaged Contractor to ensure all necessary permits and council approvals are obtained prior to commencing any tree work.
